In November 2009, a delegation of VVOB partners and stakeholders of Vietnam and Cambodia participated in the 13th UNESCO-APEID International Conference on Education and World Bank-KERIS High Level Seminar on ICT in Education. The theme of the conference was ‘ICT Transforming Education’ and the emphasis was on the powerful role ICT can play in changing the way we teach and learn. With our partners and stakeholders we contributed to the conference with 4 accepted papers on different aspects of integration of ICT in education in Cambodia and Vietnam.
