This book is meant for mentors of student teachers to provide them tools for their feedback session. It discusses feedback tools such as active listening, the usage of the I-message and involved confronting.
Furthermore it explains the 6 steps a mentor can take during the session to help the student teacher to self-reflect and to make sure that good points and points for improvement are all covered in the session in a constructive way.
